[Placeholder - replace with David's real story]
David, known to friends as “Myron,” spent countless mornings on this course long before the sun cleared the tree line. [Add a paragraph here about who David was - his personality, his community, what made him unforgettable to the people who played alongside him.]
[Add a paragraph about David's connection to this specific golf course - how long he played here, favorite holes, traditions he kept, and why this course meant so much to him.]
Earlier this year, David passed away from ALS. [Add a short, honest paragraph here about his diagnosis and passing, at whatever level of detail feels right to share publicly.]
Why The Myron
David loved this course enough to want to see it cared for long after he was gone. The Myron exists to gather the community he built around a shared round of golf, and to direct every entry fee and donation toward keeping this course healthy for the next generation of players who'll come to love it the way he did.
